so much has been going on in our little bubble over here at the Eggett household!! i always say that, but when i start to type i can't think of anything that has been going on! haha the holidays are here, which is my most
favorite time of year! everything about it makes me happy!! i wanted to bring out all the christmas decorations about a week before thanksgiving, which is soooo not like me! i waited though (self-five!!) thanksgiving was strange this year, however it was great nonetheless. we took the girls to their first movie at the move theatre! i always love all the "firsts" with little ones. olive was in heaven and
loved "the good dinosaur" and still talks about it to this day! scotti slept through half of the movie and then sat through the rest! (i was impressed!!!) we stayed home the rest of the day and had a small thanksgiving dinner just the four of us!
dave is now working from home!! it has been an adjustment for all of us!! we love having him home more often, things don't get done very often like they should. but we are loving making memories.
both olive and scotti were in heaven and such great helpers setting up all the christmas decor!! when scotti see's something new or something she likes she makes this little sound that i can't describe. (i love it!!) i am going to get it on camera so we can remember it forever! but she was in awe when we put up the tree and turned on the lights.
we have been doing all things christmas, it has been so fun starting these christmas traditions with our little ones. we wrote our letters to santa, made christmas cookies, watched Rudolph the red nosed reindeer and have a few other things on our list!!
Miss Scotti Lou is walking!! YAY!!! she has been walking for almost 3 weeks now. and she is always so proud of herself! she will be one in 2 1/2 months, and i'm in denial!! (time slow down!!!)
