HOW TO DISPLAY YOUR PRINTS

1.23.2014
i've said this before, and i'll say it again- i love being a mom! but it is hard work. from the get-go i  knew that i needed a hobby, something that i enjoyed doing on my free time. whether it be nap time or when olive is playing with daddy, i needed something that i loved to do.

i love anything to do with designing and creating new things. so i started my etsy shop selling prints.  i think prints are the new way to spice up your home a little bit!!

i received an email from Tiny Prints that inspired me to pursue a creative way of displaying prints. so i thought i would share with you!!

[wall art] this is probably the most popular way to decorate with prints. it's easy and simple. and can be added with your family photos hanging on the wall.

[center pieces] most everybody has a coffee table in their living room or family room right? instead of having a bare table, spice it up and throw a small frame with your favorite print!! or throw it in the middle of your dining room table for parties!

[entry way] your entry way is the first thing your guests see as they walk into your home.  and you want it to look good!! here, is another location to place your favorite saying.

[scrap booking] i'm not way into scrap booking, but i know a lot of people out there are.  i think placing one of your favorite prints inside your family scrap book would be a great way to change things up.

how do YOU display your prints in your home???

i am so excited for my 14 days of valentine's this year.  i started this last year, and would surprise my husband with something lovey dovey every day until valentine's day.  this year, i wanted to change it up.  for 14 days i will be posting a new print (here on my blog & on my etsy shop) for $1.00, ONE DOLLAR! and guess what the best part is? it will be available for instant download, so you can print it right away.

thanks for stopping by, and while you're at it- head over to Tiny Prints and check out all their adorable stationary!!
