in high school i was very active, dancing every single day really keeps you in shape. {seriously} after i graduated i started slacking on the whole exercising thing. it's not that i think i'm fat, i just know that i'm extremely out of shape. so. my goal is to kick that bad habit out of here and start a daily exercise routine. every wednesday i'll post my
work out of the day {workout wednesday's}. i'll try my best to keep it different each week, but there may be times when we repeat a work out. we are timing our workout today, so go as fast as you can and don't forget to share your time by posting in the comment section below. good luck!!
100 lunges {50 each leg}
100 push-ups
100 sit-ups
100 squats
for kicks and giggles, take a run around the block? on the treadmill? {i ran for about 3 miles}
