yesterday morning before dave took off for work, i was asking him what i should do that day. you know what he told me? to go to the rec center and go swimming... instead i took rach and we actually worked out. yes... i worked out! for the first time since we found out i was prego. and it actually felt great. we walked on the treadmill for 32 minutes {and talked the entire time}, used a few of the machines to work out our arms, legs and butt {3 sets of 10 each}. baby girl actually didn't mind it, i felt so good the rest of the day. boy, am i sore today!!!

  1. When you start to get bigger and uncomfortable, swimming is heavenly! It takes all the weight off your feet and back! :-) you are looking so cute!
